In this hands-on cooking class you will learn to make healthy well balanced breakfast foods that both vegans and non-vegans will enjoy. Together we will make a variety of different recipes, some of which include; Homemade Nut Milk, Garbanzo Bean Scramble, French Toast, Chia Seed Pudding and much more.

During this hands-on cooking class, we will create vegan small bites using local, seasonal, organic ingredients. Recipes will include different dips and spreads, soups, crostini, and much more!

Creating a balance of visual components can be hard to achieve when plating. This fun, hands-on class, will spark your creative side as we use a variety of different foods, textures, and styles to plate. In this class you will learn different techniques and methods that will make everyone eat with their eyes. 

Ever struggle figuring out what’s for dinner? Having a weekly meal plan solves that problem. Together we will create a well balanced meal plan and shopping list for a weeks worth of meals. Samples and recipes of different options will be provided.
